Products are delivered within 7 – 15 days of conformation of the order. Plants are mostly delivered to the nearest courier centres and order products will be delivered home.

Product damages during delivery are applicable for replacement. Replacement shall only be applicable if applied within 24 hours of delivery.

Products are neatly packed and delivered in delivery boxes. Plants are carefully packed in boxes with Airholes so that plants get good air during travel.
Currently all products except Plants are delivered to home.
Plants are to be collected from the nearest courier centre.
Pepperhub accepts most of payments methods for placing the order.
Payments can be done via Credit/Debit cards, Internet Banking, UPI, Wallets.
Cash On Delivery is not Available Currently.
