Payments

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do provide various secure and convenient payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers, including credit/debit card payments, and online banking transfers. 

It may take up to 24 hours for your order confirmation message to arrive by email or sms. If the order transaction is unsuccessful, you will receive a refund confirmation and the amount will be credited within eight business days to the original payment source.

  • Net Banking: You can directly transfer funds from your bank account to PepperHub through popular banks like State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, etc.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: PepperHub accepts all major credit and debit cards issued in India, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and RuPay.
  • Unified Payments Interface (UPI): Use popular UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. to make quick and secure payments directly from your bank account.
  • Wallets: Pay conveniently using popular wallets like Amazon Pay, MobiKwik, and Freecharge.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your payment method once your order has been confirmed. However, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the desired payment method.

Don't worry! In case of a failed online payment, you will receive a notification with the reason for failure. You can then retry the payment using a different method or Chat with PepperHub's customer service for assistance.

Orders & Shipping

Generally, your order will be dispatched within 7 working days after your transaction has been confirmed. Expectations may occur in case of natural calamities / pandemics. Please refer to your product description for more details.

You will receive both order confirmation mail & payment confirmation mail. In addition to that we send order confirmation message through WhatsApp also.

You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your order.

Pending: Your order has been placed but product not shipped.

Processing: When the order is invoiced manually or the order is placed with an Online payment method since the money is paid during order placement.

Payment Received: Authorization has been received from the payment Gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.

Payment Pending: The seller has received your order but hasn't collected your payment yet.

Failed: Payment failed or was declined (unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).

Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.

Cancelled: This status is assigned manually in the admin due to inevitable situations and if amount paid already, it will be refunded or, for some payment gateways, when the customer does not pay within the specified time.

Refunded: Refunded by an admin – no further action required.

Complete: You have already received product.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase. PepperHub also offers free shipping for orders above a certain amount, so be sure to check our promotions!

 If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact PepperHub's customer service team immediately. They will guide you through the process of returning the wrong item and receiving a replacement or refund. We do not provide return & exchange of products in pepperhub for other reasons.

Delivery

No, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver our products to all over India only.

We highly recommend someone is home to accept your delivery on the day. We'll send a confirmation sms to your phone when you place the product. And you can track your products through product id

Shipping date can be scheduled, delivery date depends on the place of delivery and delivery partner.
With our delivery partner (Delhivery) you can schedule a date and time during the time of delivery.

We ship within 7 business days, once the order is placed. Shipped orders take 5-8 days to get delivered.

Sell on Pepperhub is a program that enables you to list and sell your farming related products on Pepperhub

Selling on Pepperhub.in is easy. First, you list the products that you want to sell on Pepperhub’s marketplace. The customer sees your product and makes a purchase. You will receive a notification to ship the product. You deliver the product to the customer and confirm shipment Pepperhub will deposit the funds into your bank account after deducting our fees.

You don't need a website to start selling on Pepperhub marketplace. Once you complete registration, you will have access to our platform using which you can list your products for sale on Pepperhub.

We charge you when you get an order. Listing on Pepperhub is free.
